Failure to comply with these rules will result in a blacklist

General

1. I have full ownership over all my commission work and the right to do whatever I want with it such as for marketing purposes, promotional events, etc.
2. Just as you have the right to keep the art files, you can use your paid commissioned art for any personal use (icons, wallpapers, character reference, RP-ing, etc.). However, make sure to credit me where it is due. Please do not claim, copy, or make merchandise of my art.
3. I will ask for your permission before posting the artwork on my social media platforms. I have no qualms with my artwork being reposted, given that my watermark is already on the art work. Just make sure to credit where it's due.
4. If your commission request has been rejected, I will respond with a short, concise reason. I may also ask you to request another time if my schedule does not cooperate.

Ordering

Please fill in the required information before sending your commission request form. Then, you can send the request to either my email or other contact platforms.

Dos:

• Humans/Humanoids
• Any gender/Ethnicity/Age/Appearance
• D&D Characters
• OCs/Fan Characters/Etc.
• Any ships/couples
• Light mecha/armor/any type of punk (i.e steampunk, cyberpunk, etc.)

Dont's:

• Furries/Anthro/Monsters
• NSFW/18+/Kinks, the whatnot
• Incest or pedophilia
• Offensive content (if asked about, I will elaborate)

IMPORTANT: If there are any complications with the commission, I will make sure to inform you before or while working on the commission. In general, I will keep constant communication and updates.

Revisions and Delivery

If I've made any mistakes or if there are aspects of the commission you wish to change, let me know and I'll strive to fix them. However, I will not accept any intricate suggestions past the flat colouring stage. What is redeemed as 'intricate' can be negotiable.

If you want the commission done at a specific deadline I ask for a minimum of two weeks to complete a commission. Please do not rush me. There will be extra fees for deadlines If your requested commission's deadline conflicts with my personal schedule, it will be denied.

Payment

• Pay after I have accepted the commission
• I start the commission once payment has been received
• All payment must be in CAD and through Paypal invoice or my Ko-Fi

Refunds

Please inform me IMMEDIATELY if you wish for a refund!

Refund opportunities:

• 100% if the commission has not been started
• 50% if I've just finished the thumbnails or linework (NOT APPLICABLE FOR SKETCH COMMISSIONS)

I will not offer refunds once the commission has finished or has gone past the sketch/linework phase.
